The Georgia House of Representatives’ Page Program is an exclusive opportunity offering Georgia’s students between 12 and 18 years of age and older to visit the State Capitol and serve the members of the House of Representatives. This program has become an essential part of the services provided to both the legislators and the public. For over 50 years, the experience of a legislative page has sparked many political aspirations and has been a connective link between elected leaders and Georgia’s young students.
Qualifications:
Pages must be at least 12 years of age at the time of application to serve.
Students can only serve as a Page once per legislative session.
Your application must be submitted to your Representative’s Administrative Assistant (see instructions below in How to Apply).
Your form will then be processed and sent to the House Page Staff.
Please note that the General Assembly meets for 40 days, but these may not be consecutive days. The session generally begins the second Monday of January each year. Please list your preferred dates on your form, but note that these days may change depending upon the session schedule. Thank you in advance for your flexibility.
Please complete the Page Interest Form and fax or email to Ivey McCraney, Administrative Assistant: 404-463-0871 or ivey.mccraney@house.ga.gov
After your interest form has been reviewed and approved by House Page Staff, you will be contacted by your Representative’s Administrative Assistant confirming which date has been selected for you to page.
